Terms and Conditions:

• All events must be booked in advance.
• If you choose to arrive without booking, you may be turned away if the session is fully booked.

Cancellations

• If you are unable to attend, please advise the Society as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to the next person on the waiting list. (educationofficer@qfhs.org.au)
• If you wish to arrange for a refund or choose an alternative, please contact the Society as soon as possible to discuss your choice. Any refund or change will be at the discretion of the Society. (educationofficer@qfhs.org.au)
• If you do not attend a session you have booked and fail to notify us, the Society reserves the right to retain your payment.
