Chris Wright

Chris, a family history addict for over 35 years, has been an active member of several family history groups. She has held positions such as Newsletter Editor, Grants Coordinator, Education Officer, Website Coordinator and Technology Coordinator. She also maintains the websites for Central Queensland Family History Association (CQFHA) and Bundaberg Genealogical Association (BGA)

She is a teacher and professional trainer, and has delivered multiple sessions to CQFHA, BGA, Queensland Family History Society, Ottawa Family History Society (The Master Genealogist (TMG) group in Canada), as well as on an ‘Unlock the Past’ cruise, including Beginners, Next Steps, English Research, DNA, Gedmatch, TMG, Evernote, Picasa, and Family Historian. 

Known as ‘The Ancestor Digger’, Chris has a genealogy blog, Facebook page, and Twitter, as well as being administrator on several Facebook Groups, and running many private family Facebook pages. Read her genealogy webpage.
