Annual Reports cover the period of the outgoing Management Committee and contain a summary of the Society’s activities, challenges, and achievements for the preceding 12 months, specifically 1 June of last year to 31 May of the current year.
If Financial Reports are included, they cover the Financial Year which, for Queensland Family History Society, is 1 April of the preceding year to 31 March of the current year.
