This broad but focused experience has given him tremendous respect for all people and the importance of making products that are crafted out of a deep understanding of their values, wants, needs, and capabilities..

Who better to inform us about the soon to be released upgrade – Ver. FTM 2024?

Stephan Harms (Family Book Creator – Germany), Author & Creator of the FTM plugin.

Stefan, born and raised in a small town in the northern part of Germany, lives in Hamburg with his wife and has an adult daughter. Stefan holds a degree in Applied Computer Science and runs his own business as an independent software engineer. He became addicted to genealogy 25 years ago when he transferred his great-uncle's paper family history into a Family Tree Maker database. Stefan has helped thousands of FTM users publish their genealogy in professional-looking books after releasing the first version of Family Book Creator ten years ago. In his spare time, Stefan enjoys inline speed skating, travelling and, of course, genealogy.

With many users of FTM wanting to publish the fruits of their research, Family Book Creator provides a powerful option that works seamlessly with FTM.

NB This is an in-person event only (i.e. NO Zoom) however a video of the day will be made available to those who register but are unable to attend on the day. The fee for this is yet to be determined.
