Dr Hilda Maclean is a professional historian, genealogist, and archival researcher and has spent over thirty years’ researching her maternal Norwegian family. Hilda regularly presents workshops on genealogical and archival research methodology and has presented at international conferences on topics such as funerary history, cemeteries and more recently Chinese family history. Hilda has a Norwegian mother and husband. This is the second time this year she is sharing her knowledge of Norwegian family history research.
