Presenter: Charlotte Sale TheGenealogist is one of the subscription websites that are available for free as part of a Queensland Family History Society Inc. membership. It offers records not available on other subscription websites and has some interesting search options that can help break down brick walls. TheGenealogist is a powerful search tool. Come and learn what records TheGenealogist has and how to best utilise its unique searches and other features. The recently enhanced quality of the 1851, 1861, 1871 and 1891 census images for England and Wales, together with the benefit of searchable occupations and addresses are worth a visit. It is the official site for Non-Conformist and Non-Parochial Records with over 8 Million records available, as well as other significant collections focused on Britain.
