This aspect of the Members Lounge will provide an opportunity to enjoy an off-site activity together.
Shall we: See a film? Go on an excursion? Enjoy a themed coffee morning? Join a group for a walk our lovely 7th Brigade Park?
Generally, bookings are essential, via Eventbrite. (yes, even for the walk – we don’t want to leave without you).
THIS MONTH, WE'RE OFF TO THE MOVIES TO SEE “LIVING” STARRING BILL NIGHY AT THE PALACE BARRACKS CINEMA, 61 Petrie Terrace, Brisbane Cost: $13. N.B. The times in the calendar are approximate until cinema times become set.

***THERE IS ONE CONDITION ASSOCIATED WITH THESE FUN ACTIVITIES SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO PREVENT UNHAPPINESS. For films and other activities where the price is dependent on numbers attending and where we have purchased tickets in advance, there will be no refunds.To ensure we don't advertise a film in the Members Lounge only to have our members turn up to the cinema and discover the film is sold out, we will purchase a block of tickets at the best available price.
We understand that even the best laid plans can go awry but, unfortunately, we do not have the volunteer time to manage refunds. IF YOU BUY A TICKET and THEN DISCOVER YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO USE YOUR TICKET. THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Generally, this condition will be applicable only to films and it will be clearly stated on the Eventbrite booking page so there are no surprises.
