Notes:THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD ONLINE ONLY DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE CENTRE FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT.
Discussion Topic: Membership Satisfaction - are we providing it? How can we judge success?
General Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month (but replaced by the AGM in June) with meeting times generally alternating between 1.00 pm and 7.30 pm. Please check the calendar for each month.
General Meetings are an important communication tool for QFHS and provide an opportunity for direct consultation between Management Committee and members on matters of interest and consequence.
In the week prior to the meeting, reports from the President, Treasurer, and Secretary are published on the website (https://www.qfhs.org.au/events/members-meetings/) to inform members of Society happenings and Management Committee decisions.
In addition, the agenda for each meeting identifies a topic of importance for further discussion.
Members are encouraged to email the President president@qfhs.org.au, Treasurer treasurer@qfhs.org.auand Secretary secretary@qfhs.org.auwith questions generated by their reports so informative responses may be provided at the General Meeting.
Members may attend either in person at the Family History Research Centre, 46 Delaware St, Chermside, or via Zoom.
Those unable to attend in person but unfamiliar with Zoom are encouraged to contact the Secretary secretary@qfhs.org.au for assistance.
Bookings are essential.
